there are times my friends, that the trail will end. the beauty of this place was solitude and a rewarding peek into the valley below and, of course, the chance to turn around and do it all again! since elevating myself to running in vibrams the terra firma below my feet has been unquestioning and supportive. in short, the barefott approach is the only way for me...i have even begun running completely barefoot for the last couple of miles of which ever trail i'm on. it feels very freeing to run barefoot, it feels right.
